Last Updated: May 01, 2026

1. Introduction

At Gutsy HQ ("Gutsy", "we", "us", or "our"), we operate the Unified Workforce Operating System (WOS). We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of the data entrusted to us by our clients, their employees, and the context processed by our AI Agents.

2. Data We Collect

To effectively manage a hybrid workforce, Gutsy collects several categories of information:

  • Account Information: Name, professional email, company details, and billing information.
  • Workforce Data: Employee records, payroll details, attendance logs, and leave requests provided by the employer.
  • AI Context & Logs: Interaction data between human team members and AI Agents, including research queries and autonomous task logs.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and device identifiers used to access the Gutsy platform.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process data solely to provide the Gutsy services, specifically for:

  • Workforce Management: Processing payroll, managing attendance, and ensuring HR compliance.
  • AI Orchestration: Allowing AI Agents to operate with the necessary business context to perform autonomous tasks.
  • Platform Improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to enhance our cloud dashboards and agent capabilities.
  • Security: Monitoring for unauthorized access and maintaining the integrity of the Hybrid Workforce OS.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

Gutsy does not sell your personal or workforce data. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Sub-processors: Trusted cloud infrastructure and AI model providers (e.g., AWS, OpenRouter) necessary for service delivery.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
  • Employer Access: Data provided by an employer is accessible to authorized administrators within that organization.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data. This includes encryption at rest and in transit, strict access controls, and regular security audits of our AI orchestration layers.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location (including GDPR or CCPA jurisdictions), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Users can typically manage these settings through their Gutsy profile or by contacting their organization's administrator.
